We envision Africa where jobs are looking for our children and not our children looking for jobs in Africa, and Africa where youths will not risk their lives crossing the Mediterranean Sea or Atlantic ocean in search of greener pastures.

In addressing this reality, we are guided by a vision for a better Africa where every individual, community, and people across the continent work together to safeguard and fully realise their human rights. We envision a continent where all voices are heard in decisions that impact their lives, where knowledge, wealth, and resources are distributed equitably, and where every person is empowered to reach their fullest potential.
